Melt Massage by Megan

Individualization

I am comfortable working with all age and body ranges of clients; I have received additional training in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Therapy and use what is best for client within their goals and needs.

Post Massage Go To

I cannot recommend epsom salt baths enough. They assist with swelling, increasing circulation, and pain relief due to the magnesium. The Mayo Clinic recommends adults use up to 2 cups of Epsom salt per gallon of warm (not hot) water. Or as little as 1 cup per bath.

Frequency

Everyone’s massage mileage varies, but typically, you can expect to feel some soreness, like what you might feel after a moderately challenging workout, but this should last no more than a couple of days. I do not recommend scheduling a massage any less than a week and a half apart to give your body time to rest and reset.

Prenatal Massage

Relieve discomfort experienced during pregnancy.

Restorative Massages

A whole-body hands-on treatment that helps you relax.

Synergy Hot Stone Massage

The art of massage through the use of hot stones.

All Bodies Are Welcome

I am committed to providing an environment that is welcoming, inclusive and safe for all. I will not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, physical or mental ability, religion, creed, or age.

All humans are welcome.
